Hi, I’m Stephanie
I don't just teach your team how to "do" change; I teach them how to be the people who navigate it. By strengthening the human skills that AI can’t replace—clarity, action, and purpose—I help your organization build a culture that doesn't just survive the maze, but masters it.
her mission is simple
Helping people navigate the Messy Middle of CHANGE
Through workshops, speaking, courses and movement you will learn from her and create a life you love.
My Journey
I’m not here to talk about the strategy. I’m here to talk about the human in the maze.
Most people think success is a straight line. I thought so, too. I’m from Kokomo, Indiana: a place where "Tractor Day" was a high school holiday and the blueprint for life was simple: get a degree, buy a house, and stay put.
But I had a different plan. I wanted the big lights, the high-growth agencies, and the fast-paced world of tech. I spent over a decade in the corporate trenches, from the adrenaline of NYC ad agencies to my current role as a technology consultant.
I’ve seen millions of dollars invested in the "perfect strategy" only to watch it fail because the people behind it were stuck in a Freeze State.
The Sidewalk and the "Freeze"
My journey wasn't a clean climb. It was a series of "Messy Middles."
It was the sidewalk in Hell’s Kitchen, where a Craigslist apartment and a NYC mouse almost sent me running back to the cornfields.
It was the hospital room in Indiana, where I spent months caring for my terminally ill mother, realizing that my "Success Director" title meant nothing if I didn't know who I was without it.
I learned the hard way that when the maze moves, we don’t need a new map—we need a new vehicle.
The B.I.K.E. Protocol
I developed the B.I.K.E. Protocol because I realized that 70% of change programs fail for one reason: We don’t know how to emotionally handle the "wobble."
Today, I combine my technology consulting background with my experience as a yoga educator to help teams operationalize their fear. I move people out of the "2:00 AM Maze" and back into their own authority.
My Transformational Promise
I help individuals and organizations reclaim their identity. Whether I’m on a stage giving a keynote or in a boardroom running a workshop, my mission is to help you build a Portable Mission Statement—an anchor that remains steady even when your industry, your manager, or your job title shifts.
Because in an era defined by AI and constant disruption, the most valuable asset you have isn't your tech stack. It’s your humanity.
I’m here to help you remember who you are, so you can finally do what only you can do.
